Yes, GoCardless end user interface (such as the consent screen) step in 27 official EU languages - please see the table below for a list of supported languages.
By default GoCardless sets language for consent step based the end user's browser language settings, but it is possible to override it via API by specifying the language via a parameter on the POST /api/v2/requisitions/ when the requisition is created.
The parameter follows the ISO 639-1 standard. Please refer to language parameter settings in Quickstart step 4.
