Customer portal overview
GoCardless Bank Account Data Help Center has customer portal functionality, which can help you oversee and manage your support requests more effectively.
On the customer portal you can:
- Create a new support requests
- Check your support request status
- Update an existing support request with new information
- Follow relevant Help Center articles
How to sign up for customer portal?
You would need to create a profile to be able to use all customer portal benefits.
Here's how you can do that:
1. Open our Help Center
2. Click Sign in
3. Select one of the options:
- Sign in with Google
- Sign in with Microsoft
- Get a password
- Sign up
4. Follow the sign up instructions
How to submit a support request?
To create a new support request, click on Submit a request in our Help Center
Then select the relevant service you're having issues with and fill in the request form.
Please try to stick to one question/issue per ticket, especially when questions/issues are very diverse. This will allow us to address all the questions/issues the most effectively and will minimize the probability of miscommunication. Thank you for your understanding!
How to track my support requests?
You are able to see your submitted requests under Profile > Requests.
How to update a request?
If you wish to provide an update / answer to your support request:
1. Open your requests in Profile > Requests
2. Click on the request you would like to provide an update for
3. Enter a comment
4. Click Submit
How to close a request?
If you wish to close a request:
1. Open your requests in Profile > Requests
2. Click on the request you would like to close
3. (Optional) Enter a comment
4. Click Mark as solved
