Ensure that the billing information in your company profile on the Bank Account Data portal is accurate. - Request an Upgrade:
Once your billing details are confirmed, you can request an upgrade directly within the portal: link. - Use an Official Company Email:
Make sure your profile is linked to your official company email address for a smooth upgrade process. - For UK Users:
If you’re connecting from the UK, ensure your company is verified in the billing details. Verified companies can upgrade automatically.
