Currently it can be done with the help of our support team via email.
Invite the new email as a user in your Bank Account Data portal > “Company info” > “Team”. The new user will receive an email invitation to join your team (they will be directed to the "Log in" page, make sure they use the "Sign up" option that's above the email field and next to "Log in").
Once that's done, reach out to our support team from the old admin email (for security reasons) and request an admin change with this template:
Please change the admin email
old email:
new email:
We will then make the change on our side and get back to you via email with a confirmation.
