Added Value screen

Since PSD2/PSR regulations in the UK require all AISPs to provide an additional service to the PSU - an added value screen - we have added it to our Bank Account Data API flow. 

Currently, this screen is applicable for UK customers only - the screen is added to the authentication flow, if the ASPSP's country is GB. However, we are planning to roll it out to EU customers as well in the near future. 

The added value screen will be shown, once the end user completes the bank authentication process successfully.
